What is n8n, and why do you use it?
n8n is a workflow automation platform, similar to Zapier or Make, that can also run on your own server. It handles complex, multi-step workflows and AI steps well, and keeps running costs predictable.
Which AI models do you use?
We pick per task, usually models from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, balancing quality, cost and privacy.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
Only where you want it to. Most automations draft, sort and summarise, and a person approves anything that goes to a customer.
What does it cost to run?
Running costs are usually small: the automation platform plus AI usage. We estimate them in your fixed-price plan before you commit.
Do I need to change the tools I use?
Usually not. We connect what you already have. If a tool can’t connect, we’ll tell you on the first call.
