What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company or website if you add it, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from. If you book a call, the booking provider passes us the details you enter there.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to plan and deliver the project. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it goes
- This website runs on WordPress, hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve, protect and measure the site. Form messages are stored in the website’s database and emailed to us.
- Form messages are checked for spam by Akismet, an Automattic service, which receives the message and technical details such as your IP address.
- The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.
- If you book a call, the booking is handled by our booking provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@devrahq.com.
